M00N terms of use

Welcome to M00N ("M00N" or the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of M00N and constitute a legal agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "you") and the creators of M00N. By using M00N, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the App.   Use of M00N 1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use M00N. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.   1.2 User Account: To access certain features of M00N, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account information or allow others to access your account.   1.3 User Conduct: When using M00N, you agree to:   Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Respect the rights and privacy of other users. Not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of M00N or other users' experience. Not create, upload, or share any content that is abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing. Not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or stalking of other users. Content and Intellectual Property 2.1 User Content: By using M00N, you retain ownership of any content you create or share through the App. However, by uploading or sharing content on M00N, you grant the creators of M00N a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your content for the purposes of operating and improving M00N.   2.2 M00N Content: All content provided by M00N within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of the creators of M00N and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any such content without the prior written consent of the creators of M00N.   Privacy The collection and use of personal information through M00N are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using M00N, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.   Prohibited Activities When using M00N, you agree not to:   Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Use M00N for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity. Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of M00N or other users' experience. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to M00N's systems or networks. Use any automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access or collect data from M00N. Disclaimer of Warranties M00N is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide a reliable and enjoyable service, we do not guarantee that M00N will be uninterrupted, error-free,or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use M00N at your own risk.   Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the creators of M00N and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of M00N.   Modifications to the Terms The creators of M00N reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of M00N after the posting of any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.   Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creators of M00N operate.
